I bought my Dewalt 60v chainsaw to clean up around my house and friends during the Helene aftermath. I was really disappointed when I thought it broke. The sound of it was similar to a gear drive when it breaks a tooth, so I was really upset with Dewalt about it. I was not doing anything abnormal, but I was using it hard. So thank you for your video and part. It worked and I am super happy with it.

Seems to have taken care of the DeWalt chainsaw problem, and the part came really fast. Much appreciated!

The washer ended up solving the problem – chain was slipping off the sprocket due to the design flaw – too much of a gap. Problem solved.

Very well made. Great upgrade, wish I knew about this before my drivegear was damaged. But a new drivegear along with this washer and I’m Better than new.
